the location was fantastic, being very close to both train stations and ski resorts. the hotel was located in a serene area in nature, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. the room was spacious and had an impressive mountain view. the bathroom was clean and comfortable. the staff provided excellent service and breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food to choose from. the hotel also has a small bar where one can enjoy wine and other drinks.

While everything else was exceptional, one area of concern was the lack of communication in English. It could be challenging for English speakers to communicate, as some of the messages and signs were in German.

During our stay at a hotel in Fuegen for New Year's Eve, we had a great time exploring all that the area had to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast offered was delicious and provided us with an excellent start to our days. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, which was a short distance from the train station and close to many restaurants and bars.

The hotel lacked adequate communication since we were not provided with important information about the sauna and the garden. the language barrier was a bit of an issue, since the staff did not speak English well and everything was only offered in a foreign language.

Despite being a few kilometers away from the cabin car, it was still easily accessible. The hotel itself wasnice and neat, perfect for our family of five with big kids. We particularly enjoyed the nice balconies with beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast offered a good selection, and it was interesting to watch the staff prepare fresh eggs in the open kitchen.

The balcony was big and there was convenient underground parking. The hotel was close to ski bus stops, shops, and restaurants.
